Call for Articles on Education!

Interested in being part of our next issue? Unbound is currently seeking articles about justice in education!

Shutterstock Graduation capEducation has historically been an important part of the Reformed tradition. From Calvin’s schools in Geneva to Presbyterians advocating for equity and quality in K-12 public education today, it is clear that education matters deeply to our church.

Are you passionate about education – or do you have a story to tell? What is the relationship between the church and education? The individual Christian and educational systems? Is education a human right? What does just, high quality, equitable education look like? From public schools to private ones, early childhood education to graduate degrees, congregational Christian education to educational practice and theory, we want to hear what you have to say!

Please send in your analyses, reflections, and stories! Be creative – we also welcome video, art, music, poetry, and other creative writing!

Send in your abstract soon — we’ll be accepting candidates through Friday, January 30!
