I am a graduate of Yale Divinity School and an incoming ThD student at Duke Divinity School, and write out of my experience doing grassroots community organizing and nonviolent direct action from an anti-colonial/anti-capitalist perspective on the non-statist democratic left. I have been particularly active in anti-globalization, anti-poverty, labor, migrant justice, prison abolitionist, LGBTQ and indigenous and Palestinian solidarity work. I am a regular contributor to JesusRadicals.com, have written for Political Theology Today, and am a member of the Industrial Workers of the World and the environmental justice group Rising Tide North America. I am an Ashkenazi Jew, a radical reformed Christian, and an Anarcho-Communist.
