Shannon Jung is the Franklin and Louise Cole Professor of Town and Country Ministry at Saint Paul School of Theology, Kansas City. An ethicist and Presbyterian minister, with a PhD from Vanderbilt, he has worked on small church revitalization as well as the theology and ethics of eating. Currently he is working on the issue of transformation in a society whose primary religion is consumption. His latest book is “Hunger & Happiness: Feeding the Hungry, Nourishing Our Souls” (Augsburg, 2009). He is Parish Associate at Parkville Presbyterian Church.
